Two regions are served — Dhaka, routed through BDIX, and Canada — across eight web surfaces: the storefront, two customer panels, the admin console, the help centre, the status page, the support console and the blog.
The problem
Bangladesh buys hosting in Bangla and is sold it in English
A survey of the four largest Bangladeshi hosting providers in August 2026 found something none of them mention: not one of them serves their own market in its own language. Every storefront, every plan comparison, every knowledge-base article is in English, in a country where the buyer's first language is Bangla.
That is the gap HostiQuro was built into. It is not a translated site — it is a bilingual product. The storefront has a full Bangla route tree with its own prerendered pages and hreflang, plan names and specifications carry Bangla columns in the database rather than a JavaScript dictionary, and the customer panels, invoices, support replies and SMS notifications all speak the language the customer chose.
The second gap is trust. Hosting in this market is sold on words like "unlimited" and "99.9%" that nobody can check. HostiQuro publishes what its plans actually contain, and its status page and uptime monitoring are first-party — the same monitor that watches customer sites watches ours.

The platform
Everything from order to provisioning is ours
HostiQuro does not run on an off-the-shelf billing panel with modules bolted on. The storefront, the billing engine, the provisioning pipeline, the customer panels and the support console are one codebase, which is why a feature can reach across all of them at once.
Automated provisioning
A paid order creates the cPanel account, the VPS, the reseller WHM or the domain registration without a human step, and reports back what it actually did — including when a node refuses.
Nine registrar integrations
Domain search, registration, transfer, nameservers, locks and privacy work across nine registrar APIs behind one capability engine, so a TLD is routed to whichever registrar can actually sell it.
Registry-truth domain search
Availability is confirmed against the registry, not only a reseller API. A reseller saying "taken" for a name that is genuinely free costs a real sale, so the answer is checked at the source.
Our own ACME client
SSL issuance and renewal run through a first-party ACME v2 implementation, so certificates are not at the mercy of a panel feature that silently stops renewing.

my.hostiquro.com handles the commercial side — orders, invoices, wallet, renewals. control.hostiquro.com handles the technical side — files, databases, DNS, email, WordPress, VPS power and console.
First-party uptime monitoring
Every domain and every cPanel site is enrolled automatically and checked from our own monitor, with SMS and email alerts and a capped daily message budget so an outage cannot spam a customer.
An omnichannel support console
SupportOS puts live chat, email and voice in one agent view, on top of a real Asterisk PBX with a Bangladeshi SIP trunk — not a chat widget forwarding to a mailbox.
Payments that fit the market
Checkout runs through Rythzen Pay, our own gateway hub, so bKash, Nagad, cards and bank channels all arrive through one integration and one settlement ledger.
A bilingual knowledge base
The help centre and a 60-post blog are written in both languages — each post authored, not machine-translated, because hosting instructions that read like a translation get abandoned halfway.

Most of this market arrives on a phone
Bangladesh is a mobile-first internet market, and Bangla text is materially longer than its English equivalent — a label that fits a desktop button wraps or overflows on a 360px screen.
So the Bangla surface is tested at phone widths as a first-class case, not as an afterthought discovered by a customer. Both screenshots are the live site at 390×844.

HostiQuro is deliberately not the cheapest host in Bangladesh. The market's advertised floor sits below these figures, and matching it would mean overselling nodes — which is the one thing a hosting customer cannot forgive.

Competitor names are omitted deliberately: advertised prices in this market change week to week, and a dated table attributed to a named company goes stale in a way that misleads. The method is repeatable — the figures above are what the survey found on that date.

The parts a customer never sees
Most of the engineering in a hosting business is invisible. It is the difference between an order that provisions itself at 3am and one that waits for someone to wake up.
- A driver contract that lets one codebase provision to cPanel/WHM, Virtualizor and other panels through the same twenty actions
- Capability matrices per node, so the storefront never sells a feature a particular server cannot deliver
- Idempotent provisioning with a report of what was actually done, including partial failures
- A wallet and credit-note system, proration on upgrades, and a dunning ladder before suspension
- Bangladesh VAT handling, including Mushak 6.3 invoice requirements
- Staff two-factor authentication, role-based permissions and a full audit trail
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC on outbound mail, with deliverability checked rather than assumed
- A daily estate sweep that checks every node, certificate, mailbox and cron across the business

Questions people actually ask
Is HostiQuro a reseller or a host?
Both, honestly. Some capacity is our own infrastructure and some is rented reseller capacity from upstream providers — which is how every hosting business of this size starts. What is ours is the platform: the storefront, billing, provisioning, panels and support all run on code we wrote, so the customer experience is not inherited from an upstream.
What does BDIX hosting actually change?
BDIX is Bangladesh's internet exchange. A site served from inside it reaches Bangladeshi visitors without their traffic leaving the country and coming back, which cuts latency for a local audience. For an audience outside Bangladesh it makes no difference, which is why we also sell a Canadian region rather than pretending one location suits everyone.
Can I pay with bKash or Nagad?
Yes. Checkout runs through Rythzen Pay, our own payment hub, which carries mobile financial services, cards and bank channels through a single integration.
Do you really support Bangla, or is it a translated page?
It is a parallel product. Plan names and specifications have Bangla columns in the database, the Bangla routes are prerendered as their own pages with hreflang, and support replies, invoices and SMS go out in the language the customer chose. The Bangla is written by a human in everyday spoken Bangla — technical terms stay in Latin script, because that is how Bangladeshi developers actually talk.
What happens if a server goes down?
Our own monitor checks every enrolled site and alerts by SMS and email, with a daily message cap so an incident cannot flood a customer's phone. A daily sweep also checks every node, certificate and mailbox across the estate, so problems are usually found before a customer sees them.
Can I resell hosting under my own brand?
Yes — reseller plans come with your own WHM, unlimited cPanel accounts and branded nameservers, from ৳699 a month. White-labelling is driven from the database rather than a code fork, so your customers never see ours.
