OFFICEAVO

অফিসঅ্যাভো

One operating system for every office.

OFFICEAVO is Rythzen's modular office platform: people, work, resources, approvals, devices and operations on one governed foundation, so identity, organisation scope, permissions, workflow and audit stay consistent as modules are added. It is in structured development — the public site states what is prototype-proven, what is foundation work and what is still planned.

Read from the OFFICEAVO content database on 22 August 2026. Beyond the 11 prototype-proven items, 29 are foundation work, 147 are planned and 13 are longer-term direction. Nothing in the catalogue is offered for sale — OFFICEAVO has published no prices, no downloads and no availability date, deliberately.

The problem

An office already works as one system. Its software rarely does.

Hiring someone triggers equipment, access and orientation. A purchase touches budget, inventory and an approval. A broken laptop involves a person, an asset and a service record. None of that fits inside one department, and none of it fits inside one app.

The usual answer is more tools — an HR system, a helpdesk, a spreadsheet for assets, a chat thread for approvals. Each one is defensible on its own and each one keeps its own idea of who a person is, which company they belong to, what they are allowed to do, and what happened last week. The handoffs between them are where accountability quietly disappears.

OFFICEAVO is built the other way round. A compact core holds identity, organisation scope, permissions, files, notifications, workflow and audit, and modules sit on top of it. Adding a capability does not mean rebuilding the foundation, and it does not mean a second version of the truth.

The shared foundation

What every module is required to use

A module in OFFICEAVO is not a separate product with an integration. It is a capability that has to speak the platform's own language for identity, scope, permission, event and audit — which is what makes context travel with the work instead of stopping at a team boundary.

Universal resource registry

A laptop, a room, a licence, an employee, a carton of paper or a customer record each get an owner, a location, a state and a useful history — without being forced into the same shape.

Organisation scope

Multiple companies, branches and teams are modelled as real boundaries rather than a tag, so shared oversight does not flatten the separation between legal entities.

Approvals with a decision trail

Policy chooses the reviewer from scope and risk, the approved action stays bounded to what was actually approved, and the decision, actor, reason and result stay attached to the record.

Audit as a first-class record

The operational story is kept intact rather than reconstructed later from four systems and somebody's memory of a chat message.

Workflow automation with a human in it

Requests, approvals, tasks, notifications and history connect through automation that keeps a responsible person accountable for the outcome, not one that quietly acts on their behalf.

Device control without surveillance

Authorised enrollment, limited telemetry, explicit actions, signed commands and visible audit history. Hidden keylogging, covert camera or microphone use and private-file harvesting are outside the product direction — stated on the site, not buried in a policy.

Four honest labels instead of one roadmap promise

Every one of the 200 directions in the catalogue carries a stage, and the stage is shown to the public. It is the part of OFFICEAVO that is easiest to copy and hardest to keep: a catalogue this broad is only useful if the reader can tell which parts are real.

Counted from the OFFICEAVO module catalogue on 22 August 2026. On the public site the same labels appear against module families: people, work and resources are marked prototype-proven, approvals is foundation, and operations and finance are planned. Catalogue inclusion does not imply availability, and the site says so on every page it appears.

The catalogue

Twenty families, ten directions each

The breadth is intentional and so is the staging. An office platform that only covers the easy half forces a second system back in through the side door, so the catalogue is drawn at full width and then delivered in order.

  • CRM & sales, marketing & growth, customer service & success
  • Projects & work management — tasks, meetings and shared calendars
  • HR & talent, attendance, payroll and workplace administration
  • Core finance & accounting, billing, expense and treasury
  • Procurement & vendor management
  • Inventory, warehouse & order management
  • Manufacturing, quality & maintenance
  • Assets, facilities, fleet & device control
  • Communication & collaboration; documents, legal & compliance
  • Analytics, planning & reporting
  • Workflow, automation, AI & platform services
  • Connectors — productivity and identity, commerce and payment, external ERP, infrastructure and hosting
  • Industry solution packs

Where it runs

Three deployment models, one product contract

Managed cloud, dedicated cloud and self-hosted are being designed against a single product contract, so the answer to "what can this actually do" does not change with who operates the servers. What changes is the operating responsibility, and OFFICEAVO publishes that division rather than leaving a customer to discover it after signing.

Self-hosting in particular is treated as an operating responsibility rather than a deployment checkbox — updates, monitoring, backup and recovery become the customer's, and the resource library says so in plain terms before anyone chooses it.

Availability, service commitments and prices for all three will be published when they can be verified. Until then the site publishes the questions each organisation should be asking instead of a plan table with prices in it.

Where it is

OFFICEAVO is at the beginning, and the public record starts here.

  1. Before launch

    Prototype

Selected office workflows — people, work and resources — were built and run as an internal prototype. Those 11 directions are the ones now labelled prototype-proven.

  2. August 2026

    Catalogue defined

20 module families and 200 product directions were written down with an explicit stage against each, so breadth could be published without implying availability.

  3. 22 August 2026

    officeavo.com live

The public site went live on its own first-party CMS — 46 pages, four long-form guides, 28 brand assets, an email-only readiness list, and no claim the product can be bought.

  4. Next

    Foundation work

The 29 foundation items — approvals, workflow, platform services and the connector contracts — are what the rest of the catalogue is waiting on.

Questions people ask about OFFICEAVO

Can I buy OFFICEAVO today?

No. OFFICEAVO is in structured development. There is no public download, no published price, no open support channel and no production service status, and the site says each of those plainly on its own page rather than implying otherwise. The only thing on offer today is an email-only list for verified availability updates.

What does "prototype-proven" actually mean?

That the workflow has been built and run in an internal prototype — not that it is generally available. Eleven of the 200 directions carry that label today, concentrated in people, work and resources. It is a deliberately narrow claim: prototype proof is evidence, not a release.

How is this different from an ERP?

In where it starts. A traditional ERP starts from finance and adds the office around it. OFFICEAVO starts from the shared operating foundation — identity, organisation scope, permissions, resources, workflow and audit — and treats finance, HR, inventory and CRM as modules that must use it. The practical difference is that adopting a second module does not mean adopting a second version of the truth.

Will it be self-hostable?

That is the direction: managed cloud, dedicated cloud and self-hosted against one product contract. What is not yet published is a supported self-hosted edition — release engineering, update channels and the support boundary all have to exist first, and OFFICEAVO would rather say that than sell a tarball.

Does it do device management, and does that mean monitoring staff?

Device management is in the direction; covert monitoring is explicitly not. The planned control plane starts from authorised enrollment, limited telemetry, explicit actions, signed commands and visible audit history, and OFFICEAVO names hidden keylogging, covert camera or microphone use and private-file harvesting as outside the product. That is published as a principles page, so it can be held to.

Is OFFICEAVO built for Bangladesh?

It is designed with Bangladesh's office realities in view — one of the five solution directions is written for organisations here, covering local operating workflows, BDT context and Bangla and English usability — while the platform itself is not country-specific. Rythzen operates from Bangladesh, so that is the market it can describe honestly first.

How does OFFICEAVO relate to Rythzen's other products?

OFFICEAVO is a Rythzen product, alongside HostiQuro for hosting and domains, খোঁজ.বাংলা for Bangla search, Yooho.me for professional identity and ReputeCheck for trust. They share an engineering approach rather than a codebase: build the platform, own the stack, and publish what can be checked.
